Active Aging

About the Program

The Active Aging Program (formerly 50 and Better Program) provides year-round opportunities to adults looking to maintain and enhance their overall health.  Planned programs and activities aim to support and challenge physical, mental and social well-being.

For a $5 annual fee, adults are offered exercise classes, indoor/outdoor walking, various gaming possibilities, opportunities to try something new, formal monthly luncheons, and affordable travel events throughout the country. Over 2,000 adults participate in programs yearly.

PROGRAMS START TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH
