Request for quotations for the Carpeting at Ella Sharp Park Miniature Golf Course will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, Thursday March 4th, 2021 until 2pm.
PARK & COMMUNITY CENTER ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
The City of Jackson is currently inviting qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for architectural and contract administration services required for building improvements to the Boos Recreation Center and for site improvements to the surrounding Loomis Park located at 210 Gilbert Street. Improvements to the Boos Recreation Center will include a building addition and improvements to the interior and exterior of the existing building. Improvements to Loomis Park will include construction of a barrier fee access to the Boos Recreation Center building and play structure, picnic pavilion and other site improvements. This project will be funded by Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds. Construction will proceed in three phases over a period of three years. The construction contracts for this project will be let by the City of Jackson

Sealed proposals for DOUGLAS STREET RECONSTRUCTION will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, TUESDAY, MARCH 30, 2021 until 9:00:00 AM.
The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:
0.17 MILES OF STREET RECONSTRUCTION ON DOUGLAS STREET FROM WEST AVENUE TO MOUND AVENUE WITH CURB AND GUTTER, WATER MAIN, STORM SEWER AND SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT.
Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms from the city’s website at http://www.cityofjackson.org/rfq. Paper copies of the drawings and spec book may be obtained from ABC Reproduction Company, 104 N.
